Hello Epic Team! We’re back with another episode of The Epic Table Podcast, and today we have the marvelous Jaclyn London, MS, RD, CDN, in the studio kitchen. Along with her impressive arsenal of professional titles, she is the Nutrition Director of Good Housekeeping – a women’s magazine that features articles about women’s interests, recipes, diet, and health. She is also the author of a beautiful new book titled Dressing on the Side (and Other Diet Myths Debunked). It’s literally a beautiful book, dutifully researched, and shares vital messages that I believe in when it comes to food. This book will transform the way you think about nutrition and health. Together we talk about her path as a dietitian legend, how she got to where she is today, and she gives me a breakdown of the world dietetics and how it can really help people. And, sticking with the theme, she and I whip up a creamy lemon tahini dressing, perfect as a dressing for just about anything! You can learn more about Jaclyn though her social (IG: @jaclynlondonrd, Twitter: @JaclynLondonRD), and you DEFINITELY need to check out her book Dressing on the Side (and Other Diet Myths Debunked) (https://www.amazon.com/Dressing-Side-Other-Myths-Debunked-ebook/dp/B07BVNY35B) which is available on Amazon Audible!
