Its Grand Final weekend!!! And I know you are going to be enjoying some serious banter, competition and cheering times. So here are the 3 dips you can make yourself by just mixing, and have to be enjoyed with your family and friends, even if they are routing for the other team!

Chipotle Bean 3 Ingredient Dip

Ingredients:

1 Can of Tomatoes, Diced

1 Can of kidney Beans

2 Tbsp Chipotle Sauce

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl… add as much or as little chipotle hot sauce as you wish

3 Ingredient Mint Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients

1 Cup of Natural Yoghurt

1/4 Cup Mint, Finely chopped

Juice of 1/2 a lime

Method:

1. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and serve with your favo(u)rite chips or veggies

Kick arse Guacamole

Ingredients

1 Avocado, cubed

1/2 red onion, Sliced

Juice of 1/2 a Lime

1 Tbsp Fresh Coriander/Cilantro, finely chopped

Pinch of salt

Pinch of Pepper

2 tsp Olive oil

Method:

  1. In a bowl combine your red onion and your lime juice, set aside for minimum 20 minutes to pickle
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and top with pickled onion… serve with your favo(u)rite chips or veggies
