You guys know how much I love my Vitamix and so I decided to put together a space instead of an ice cream to drizzle over the top and of course I wanted to be as simple as blitz and pour… So how does a Salted Caramel 3 Ingredient Dairy Free Sugar Free sauce sound???
This sauce doesn’t just to be for this crumble. You can have it over pancakes, fruit, in your favourite bowl… or even use less coconut milk and freeze it as an ice cream with frozen Bananas. Ingredients: (Makes 1 Cup)
3/4 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Dates, pitted and roughly chopped
- Pour the coconut milk into a Vitamix or blender first followed by the rest of the ingredients and blitz until smooth
