Tahini Dressing

I put this one everything. In the youtube vid I paired it with the Raddichio salad, a bitter leafy which is unbelievably high in anti oxidants… something us very active individuals need to have consistently to battle oxidative stress!

Ingredients

2 Tbsp tahini

1 tbsp Olive oil

1 Tbsp white wine vinegar

2 Tbsp cold water

Pinch of salt and pepper

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine your tahini, olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper
  2. Gradually add in the water until it loosens up to a light dressing (holds its shape but drizzles off the spoon)
