Welcome to every breakfast spoonful tasting like that chewy biscuit Australians have called there own!!! Dad used to bake biscuits every now and then and every time i have this in the morning it reminds me of those time in the kitchen smelling the lid of that orange tupperware container 🙂

Ingredients: (Serves 4)
2 Cup Rolled Oats
4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Coconut, desiccated/shredded
Pinch of Salt
1 Banana, Mashed
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
4 Cups Almond Milk
Toppings:
-Almond Butter
-sliced Banana
-Walnuts
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and put in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours
- Serve in the morning in separate bowls and top with almond butter, sliced banana and crushed walnuts
