Ingredients: (serves 2)

1 Cup Frozen blueberries

1 tbsp Coconut/Olive Oil

4 Tbsp Coconut/Natural Yoghurt

1/2 Cup ANZAC Biscuit Granola

Method:

  1. Add oil and frozen blueberries to a a small saucepan on low heat and cook for 5-8 minutes or until saucy
  2. Spoon into a bowl or small glass, layer with granola and yoghurt and repeat if you wish. You can also top with extra blueberries, but the serious win is the that chew granola crunch!
