Health Facts: Natural bursting energy from the banana, combined with the protein of the egg or powder… plus it looks vibrant so you are going to win and if you top it off with the granola its even better!
1/3 Cup Coconut Milk, plus a little extra if needed
1 Frozen Banana, sliced
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 Scoop of Natural Protein powder (optional), one egg is also an option
Spice Quinoa Granola
- Starting with the coconut milk, pour all the ingredients into a Vitamix or blender and blitz until smooth.
- Spoon out into a bowl and finish with your favourite toppings, its as easy as that!
