Green Chia Protein Bites with Athletic Greens

So I decided to add a pop of color to one of my go-tos, these chia protein bites! Ideal for post workout or a midday snack to keep you fueled up, provide protein, and nourish you! Greens-Boosted Chia Protein Bites
Serves: 10
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Skill Level: Easy!
Cost: Less than $5
Ingredients:
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup cashews
1 cup medjool dates, roughly chopped
2 scoops Athletic Greens powder (my greens supplement of choice!)
2 scoops Athletic Greens vanilla protein powder (my protein of choice!)
¼ tsp sea salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
Splash of almond milk
2 TBSP cacao powder
½ cup shredded coconut
Method:
- Blitz everything except the coconut + cacao together in a food processor until you have a sticky mixture. Roll into balls, then roll the balls into the shredded coconut or dust lightly with cacao powder for a chocolate version!
