Working with Chia is one of the easiest recipe options to prep for. All you have to do is combine the chia with a liquid base, in this case almond milk, and set it in the fridge overnight. In the morning you serve a portion in a bowl or jar an top with berries, potentially more milk, honey and a gluten free granola! You also then have breakfast ready for the next day too! So not only is it in amazing in looking after your insides. It also saves you time and gets you eating quicker and ready for the day ahead with little fuss!

Blueberry Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients: (Serves 4)
4 Tbsp chia
2 Cups Almond Milk
1 Tsp Honey
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Frozen Banana

Method:
- Combine Chia, 1.5 cups of almond milk and honey in a bowl and set in the fridge overnight
- In a Vitamix or blender combine remaining almond milk with the frozen blueberries and banana, blitz until smooth
- Layer chia and blueberry mix into a jar and finish with your winning toppings… i went with my granola strawberries and blueberries 😉
