Just like that chocolate yoghurt cup at school only healthy ?
- 2 cups Cashew/Almond milk
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 2 tsp Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Cacao
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- Combine nut milk and chia seeds in a jar or big glass and leave in the fridge over night
- Remove from the fridge and combine the remaining ingredients.
NB: You can also add protein powder if you are struggling to hit that protein in your day. Just dont provide this one to the kids. You can always make separate batches ?
