For those of you needing a warming hug… here is a little something something from me…One of the most ideal breakfasts to bring a smile to your face 🙂
Ingredients: (serves 2)
1 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Banana (half sliced, half mashed)
Topping:
Blueberries
Honey
Almond Butter
Method:
- Add last to a pot with 1 Cup a water on high heat, bring to a boil and reduce to heat low. Stir for 4-6 minutes or until creamy
- Pour in the coconut milk and stir through before adding the cinnamon, salt, honey and mashed up part of the banana
- Turn out into bowls and finish with your favorite toppings 🙂
