For those of you needing a warming hug… here is a little something something from me…One of the most ideal breakfasts to bring a smile to your face 🙂

Ingredients: (serves 2)

1 Cup Oats

1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

1 tsp Cinnamon

Pinch of Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Honey

1 Banana (half sliced, half mashed)

Topping:

Blueberries

Honey

Almond Butter

Method:

  1. Add last to a pot with 1 Cup a water on high heat, bring to a boil and reduce to heat low. Stir for 4-6 minutes or until creamy
  2. Pour in the coconut milk and stir through before adding the cinnamon, salt, honey and mashed up part of the banana
  3. Turn out into bowls and finish with your favorite toppings 🙂
