One #DairyFree Hot Chocolate you can’t wait to try
Ingredients
- (Serves 5)
- 2 Cups Coconut milk
- 2 Cups Almond Milk
- 3 Tbsp Cacao powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey or favourite unrefined sweetener
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
METHOD:
- Combine both milks in a saucepan, cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then remove from the heat.
- Add the cacao, honey, cinnamon and cover. Let stand, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes to infuse.
- To serve ladle into mugs and sprinkle over a little cinnamon and touch of extra cacao
