Recipe: Spiced Pecans

Ingredients:
1 Cup Pecans
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Cloves
1/2 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
Method:
- Toast Pecans on a medium heat without oil for one minute this will enhance their nutty flavor
- Stir in the coconut oil for a further minute before adding your spices, remove once combined.
- Finish with a pinch of salt and stir in an air tight container
