Coffee Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
2 shots (60ml) of Espresso
80g Dates, pitted
75g (1/2 Cup) Coconut Flour, (+ extra for rolling)
100g Walnuts
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
Method:
- Soak your dates in the coffee for at least 30 minutes, this will help in breaking down the dates and get them ready for a blitz
- Combine all the ingredients into a food processor or high power blender and blitz until its a wet dough
- Roll into small golf balls and place onto a tray to put in the fridge to set for 20 minutes
- Finish by rolling balls in extra coconut, store in plastic container or enjoy straight away!
