They are so simple to make and provide that afternoon healthy treat too. Having these coffee bliss balls around is perfect to impress your friends. They are Gluten Free, store easily and if you are going to a friends house they are easy to transport too

Coffee Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

2 shots (60ml) of Espresso

80g Dates, pitted

75g (1/2 Cup) Coconut Flour, (+ extra for rolling)

100g Walnuts

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp Honey

1 Tbsp Cacao Powder

Method:

  1. Soak your dates in the coffee for at least 30 minutes, this will help in breaking down the dates and get them ready for a blitz
  2. Combine all the ingredients into a food processor or high power blender and blitz until its a wet dough
  3. Roll into small golf balls and place onto a tray to put in the fridge to set for 20 minutes
  4. Finish by rolling balls in extra coconut, store in plastic container or enjoy straight away!
