This is a simple staple for your pantry… 4 ingredients and you have a base for sauces or a lovely spread ?
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, turn heat to low and cook until berries are super soft… Take off the heat and stir for 2 minutes and allow to cool… Store in a sealed jar/container and serve as a spread, in the base of a sauce or top it on your favourite breaky bowl.
