4 Egg Yolks
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
250ml Grapeseed or Neutral Oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Pepper
Juice of half a lemon
- Whisk yolks and mustard together in a large bowl.
- Gradually add the oil, whisking until the previous amount has incorporated…
- Continue to do so until all oil is mixed in and the mixture slowly ribbons off the whisk
- Mix in the salt, pepper and lemon juice
- Store in an airtight container/jar in the fridge.. the possibilities with this bad boy are endless!!!
