• 1 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts, roughly crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Assortment of Fruit roughly chopped into cubes, I used:

  • Pineapple
  • Rockmelon
  • Kiwi Fruit
  • Strawberries


  1. In a small frypan on medium heat add the walnuts and toast for 30 seconds before adding 1 tablespoon of the honey and the cinnamon. Wait for the honey to bubble then mix through for 2 minutes ensuring each nut is devoured in the awesome sweetness. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a blender add your Coconut milk followed by your mango and blitz until smooth and saucey, you may need to add a little more coconut milk to get your favoured consistency :)
  3. Arrange your fruit chunks on a board, making sure they are full of varied colour then pour over your mango sauce and top with the walnuts, chia seeds and drizzle over remaining honey… #Boom #YourWelcome
