How to cook Quinoa Oatmeal/Porridge with favourite flavours
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Quinoa
- Water
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- 100ml Almond Milk
Toppings
- Blueberry Chia Jam
- Peanut Butter
METHOD:
- Add Quinoa and 2 Cups water to a saucepan on high heat, cover and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and cook for 12-15 minutes or until Quinoa opens and is light and fluffy
- Mash in half the banana, honey, peanut butter, salt and almond milk. Stir until it reaches desired yummy consistency
- Serve in a bowl and top with chia jam, sliced remaining half of the banana and of course peanut butter ?
