2 Punnets of Raspberries (or 2 Cups of Frozen)
2 tsp honey
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- Combine all ingredients in a pot, except for the Coconut oil, on medium heat with one tablespoon of water. Cover and bring to a simmer before stirring to break up the fruit
- When the mixture turns to a syrup (when you can make a line in the back of the spoon and the sauce does not move quickly- 3-4 minutes), remove from the heat and stir in your coconut oil.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a glass jar or container, it stores for up to 8-10 days.
