How to get your kids to eat their veggies ?


  • 1 Cauliflower, heads removed & halved
  • 2 Zucchini, roughly chopped
  • 1 Red Capsicum, seeds removed & roughly chopped
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Olive/Macadamia Oil

Tahini dressing

  • 1 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon cheek
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C. 375 F.
  2. Spread all your vegetables evenly among a roasting tray or dish. sprinkle over the salt and drizzle with oil before giving it a quick toss and placing the oven to cook for 30-35 minutes
  3. Meanwhile combine all the tahini ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined. Alternatively place in a jar ensure it is closed tight and shake to combine
  4. Serve roast vegetables with leftover meat and tahini dressing
