Ingredients
- 2 Cups Quinoa flakes
- 2 Cups Almond Milk
- 1/3 Cup Dates
- Pinch of Sea salt
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Rasberries
- Handful Walnuts, crushed
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Honey/Maple Syrup
METHOD:
- In a medium saucepan on low heat add the milk and dates with the pinch of salt, bring to a simmer and then take off the heat, cover that bad boy.. and allow the flavours to marry for 15 minutes
- Remove dates and add oats to saucepan of delicious milk. Place back on high heat, bring to a boil and then turn temperature to low and stir for 5-7 minutes or until desired creamy consistency is achieved
- Serve in a bowl, top with raspberries, walnuts, cinnamon and drizzle over the honey or maple syrup.
