• 2 Cups Quinoa flakes
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Dates
  • Pinch of Sea salt
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Rasberries
  • Handful Walnuts, crushed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Honey/Maple Syrup


  1. In a medium saucepan on low heat add the milk and dates with the pinch of salt, bring to a simmer and then take off the heat, cover that bad boy.. and allow the flavours to marry for 15 minutes
  2. Remove dates and add oats to saucepan of delicious milk. Place back on high heat, bring to a boil and then turn temperature to low and stir for 5-7 minutes or until desired creamy consistency is achieved
  3. Serve in a bowl, top with raspberries, walnuts, cinnamon and drizzle over the honey or maple syrup.
