How is it Healthy?
This chocolate sauce recipe is like no other. It uses raw cacao the foundation ingredient of chocolate to create a rich flavor we have grown to love. The difference with this super easy healthy chocolate sauce recipe is that it is dairy free and you get to control the amount of sweetness it has involved. Cacao is a rich form of antioxidants and the sauce itself tastes even better than the one we usually know (in my opinion) but does not contain any of the preservatives or unnatural ingredients that can unfortunately cause havoc to your insides.
Whats in a chocolate sauce?
This chocolate sauce is pretty unique, but still uses natural ingredients that allow it to set. Coconut ingredients set at low temperatures and a lot of this has to do with the type of fat they contain. This is a big reason this sauce thickens once the coconut milk is added to a cooler sauce base. As mentioned before you have the cacao as the base chocolate flavor, the coconut oil assists in the set and the honey is the sweetness. Just 4 ingredients in this super easy healthy chocolate sauce recipe.
May this deliciousness serve you well!
