I absolutely LOVE these protein-packed snacks! Protein balls are so easy to make, delicious, and filling.

After or before a workout, I like to eat 1 or 2 protein balls to get me going.

You can also be so creative with it! Use the base recipe and add any toppings or flavors you enjoy!

Ingredients

Base

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 10 pitted Medjool dates

Peanut Butter Fudge Protein Balls

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp peanuts

Matcha Coconut Protein Balls

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • ⅓ cup coconut flakes

Method

  1. In a blender mix the oat, protein powder, and dates. Divide the dough into 2 bowls.
  2. For the PB Fudge Protein Balls add peanut butter, cacao powder, and peanuts to the dough. Mix. Roll the dough into 2 inches balls and into cacao powder.
  3. For the Matcha Coconut, Protein Balls add coconut flakes and matcha powder. Mix. Roll the dough into 2 inches balls and into coconut flakes. Refregirate for 10 minutes.
