Good Morning America

Dan was invited to Times Square to launch his cookbook DudeFood on Good Morning America in 2015.

Since then, he has become one of only a handful of Australians to appear regularly on the show. His #NextLevelFresh cooking demonstrations have been seen by millions and have resulted in a social media following of hundreds of thousands.

The Chew

ABC’s The Chew is geared towards foodies and lifestyle enthusiasts, celebrating life through food with a dynamic panel of hosts. Dan has been a regular guest on this Emmy Award winning show, sharing his philosophy for great cooking and healthy, delicious food.

The Food Network

Dan’s growing profile has led to a wide range of TV appearances, including as a judge on The Food Network’s Chopped Junior.

Expanding his skills well beyond Author and Chef, Dan has also been busy behind the camera, producing and hosting his own series Feast with Friends for the network.

Surfing the Menu, Next Generation

This docu-series took Dan and his mate Hayden Quinn around Australia on a cooking and surfing safari, uncovering the sights and flavours of the Australian coastline.

After being aired in Australia, the series was launched in Cannes and quickly picked up by several networks including the Discovery Channel. Surfing The Menu has now aired to millions of viewers in Asia, South America, Canada, the Middle East and the USA. A spin off series is currently being created in China, with Dan as the host.

Feast with Friends

With Dan now based in New York City, there is no better setting for the show he hosts and produces.

Airing on Scripps Network (Genius Kitchen, Food Network, Cooking Channel, Travel Channel) Feast With Friends is built around Dan teaching his NYC mates how to cook a dish based on a scenario or question. The first season was a huge success and Dan will return to film Season Two in early to mid 2018.

TODAY SHOW

Cooking Live from South Korea on NBC’s Today Show, one of the most watched morning segments of 2018, Dan was asked to demonstrate dished he will be cooking for Lindsey Vonn throughout her quest at the 2018 Winter Olympic games. A testament to Dan’s knowledge of health and practical application of cooking. This also highlighted the one of a kind partnership Under Armour and Dan now have and how it is shaping the world of food, nutrition and cooking.
