Vegan Coconut Ice Cream

Hey my friends!!! Does the title need any more introduction?! Talk about a healthy way to live your evening sweet tooth nights. Such a simple recipe, it would be too hard to not taste it 🙂

Ingredients:

1/3 Cup Coconut Cream

1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut, Toasted

3 Frozen Bananas, chopped

2 Tbsp Almond Butter

Method:

  1. Pour in the gorgeous coconut cream into a Vitamix or blender and then finish with the rest of the ingredients. This will help the blade puree engulf all the tastiness… Blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a container and pop in the freezer for a minimum of 20 minutes before serving
  3. Top with extra toasted coconut
