Ingredients

Not-So-Fried Chicken

Dirty Rice

  • 2 cups brown rice, cooked
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Sweet & Sour Brussel Sprouts

  • ½ lb brussel sprouts
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt

Method

Dirty Rice

  1. In a pan on medium-high heat, drizzle olive oil.
  2. Stir in your rice and spices. Cook for 5 minutes.

Sweet & Sour Brussel Sprouts

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cut your Brussel Sprouts in half.
  3. In a bowl, toss your Brussel Sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, chili powder, and salt.
  4. On a baking tray, spread the Brussel sprouts.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
