Three Easy Ways to Use Granola!
I am beyond excited to share this one with you, my friends! I have gotten a few questions about some easy breakfast basics for the fall season. This seems like a great reason for you to whip out my choc chip granola recipe from the blog last month and use it in your morning meal!
I put together not one or two but three super simple ways to use granola so you can enjoy them at any time of the day. I always share with you any of those breakfast pics over on Insta stories (@dan_churchill).
Recipe 1:
This is potentially the simplest recipe of the three, and involves just a few super simple ingredients.
Start with a base of plain/natural yoghurt, then top with your granola, and finish with fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple if you’d like it!
This recipe is:
- protein packed
- flavorful
- highly textural
Recipe 2:
This second recipe is one of my favorites at Charley St! Simply whip up an easy chia pudding by combining about 1/4 cup chia seeds with 3/4 cup your favorite nut milk (I love almond or coconut for some nutty goodness!) Let the pudding sit at room temp or in the fridge to gel, then top with a layer of your favorite jam or fresh berries, then your granola on top!
This recipe is:
- full of omega-3 fatty acids
- packed with fiber for gut health
- loaded with antioxidants for immunity
Recipe 3:
Last but not least, this is the most special and unique recipe of the bunch in my opinion, as it uses this granola in a cool new way! Have you ever topped one of your favorite toasts or breads with granola? I love topping the Charley St gluten-free banana bread with a sprinkle of granola, a drizzle of olive oil, and a few fresh berries for extra texture.
This recipe is:
- perfect for breakfast or a cheeky dessert
- packed with texture and natural sweetness
- satisfying and hearty
